our story

〰 〰

Back in 2015, we realized the selection of Korean food in Troy was lacking. Missing the dishes and flavors we grew up with while we studied at RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) we decided it was time to bring Korean cuisine to Troy with a casual street twist.

Although many Korean restaurants focus on high-end, family-style barbecue, we wanted to create something more accessible to the local college students and community.

With a small loan, we started a food truck near RPI. Then, we spent three years in Troy Kitchen, a modern food court. After that, 3 years in our own restaurant, and now finally we have transitioned to a new location we hope to call our home. We hope you’ll give us a try and experience the best of Korean street food!
